DELIVERY
Semporna Anggun processes orders for shipping Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an email containing your receipt and tracking information once your orders is being packed. Please click here to trace your parcel by inserting the information.
SHIPPING WITHIN MALAYSIA
Within Malaysia, order above RM200 gets FREE SHIPPING. Otherwise, there will be a charges of RM8 for shipping within West Malaysia, or RM15 for shipping to East Malaysia.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges are allowed within 14 days after the order is made, Semporna Anggun will only process your returned item once it has been received by our store.
We are sorry that we don’t provide refunds. You can only change for another products which cost the same or higher. Meanwhile, you should bear 2-ways shipping cost for the returns and exchanges.
Conditions for returns and exchanges:
- Item must be in original condition
- Price tag is still attached
- Item is unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition.
Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
